- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
